I just replaced my motor and had the steps all the way out when I installed the new one. Also I had to open and close the door a couple of times before the steps started working.

can't loosen the oil drain plug on the bottom of the oil pan. How much torque should it take? Any one ever use the plug on the side of the pan. I have a ISL 400 8.3.
