R&R Waste Water Valves '04 Bounder 38N

I need to change my gray water valve (stem Leak), may as well change both as they are 10 years old.
Loosened and removed 8 screws. Loosened the large hose clamps on tanks.

Nothing moves:sad:

I've lost the 12v supply to our fridge, the whole circuit is dead as several lights and mt Fantastic are also powerless. I find no open fuses in the panel (foot of bed).
