We had the same trouble a couple years back. Winnebago paid to have Lazydays remove our cap, repair the ductwork (retape & cover with foam), and reinstall the cap.

Congrats, we have a 2004 40KD, we have had some troubles along teh way, but it handles very well. Our average is around 7.6 mpg, but it has plenty of power so I don't complain. Enjoy your coach!

The best park as far as large sites is Wellesley Island State Park. For full hookup you will want section F. Ther are many nice state parks on the mainland, I just prefer Wellesley.
