It was the bypass valve and valve 2 (Name used in manual to designate the valve) both needing to be closed.

Fresh water tank being filled mysteriously.

While connected to city water, the fresh water tank is slowly being filled. I have no garden hose filling the tank and the water tank bypass is closed.

Any ideas on what is going on?
