The pin weight will be the key factor for you. When I was towing a toy hauler, the pin was better when I had it full of gas and had stuff in the garage.

My second choice would be the Andersen hitch, which I've also owned. I don't want too be stuck with the traditional hitch, as I use my truck for other stuff while I'm traveling.

That's all well and good until you're full time and have no garage. The Goosebox is the best option for manufacturer approved, shock absorbing, and easy removal.

You can get different height balls, and can adjust the height of the hitch on the fiver itself. Between the two balls I have and the hitch mounting bolts, I probably have 5 inches to play with.
