Yep...all of this has been verified by the local dealer who replaced the cooling unit both times. Works ok when temperatures are below 85 - 90, but once above - all summer long in my case here in AZ...

No joy for me...we are the 2nd owners of this 2003 Fleetwood so I haven't been able to get anything done under warranty. I do have the Good Sam extended warranty which has covered the cooling unit...
