If the GFCI keeps that from working, you will probably have to feed the 20 amp directly to a load, possibly the second AC or Microwave and put a transfer switch on that circuit.

You can take a 50 amp pigtail and put a 30 amp plug on the black and white and a 20 amp plug on the red and white. The white neutral is common to both circuits. The green ground would also be common...
