Allison Tampa upgraded the software this morning...

Allison Tampa upgraded the software this morning from a 2018 version to the current 2019 version. This solved almost all of the problems.

With the engine brake off, the transmission still behaves the same on acceleration, but does not down shift to high rpms when I back off the accelerator.
