All '07 engines are "pre-DEF" as DEF wasn't required until engines built in or after 2010. The 2007 engine would have DPF.

The EPA required all ENGINES built after 1/1/2007 to have the DPF. Most coach builders used engines built before that to finish their '07 models and the started their '08 models at that point.
