I sent a link to a video on those cracks and touch up points. I need to find that Dicor Sealant, but Camping World is the only place I can find it....ugh....didn't want to have to drive that far....

That's fine Dave, no problem. Blue Moon RV cleaned that unit in April or May of 2012 and I haven't done anything with it since then.

The OEM motor I posted was 127.00 plus freight and shipping....
