I'd be interested in any LCI input for bench testing.

I was considering just running hoses back into the tank just to verify that the motor runs and pumps. This doesn't mean that it will pump...

BTW What is the fitting on the silver side of the manifold next to the motor used for? There is a second one on the opposite side.

Manual Retraction of the Slide

The Monaco manual and LCI manual both say to use a Allen wrench on a drill to retract the slide.

My pump does not have a a recess for a Allen wrench. Instead there was a right hand thread bolt...

The Monaco manual is clear to use HD46 for the slide pump (and also for the engine powered hydraulics). I'm going to check with Monaco and get their input on the difference with the LCI manual.

The Lipper manual and several posts suggest using ATF oil. My Monaco Secpter manual says to use Texaco Rando HD46 Hydraulic Fluid.
