Actually if you have the clear seal,it's much faster than letting the silicone tack up.

Yes your seal is the easy one to replace.In a pinch a nice bead of silicone,works better.IMHO

Is it leaking on the front side or the back side...

Is it leaking on the front side or the back side of the wheel,one is a 20 minute repair the other is much longer.The parts are a normal stocking item.
