I put 4 new Hankook's on the back of my 1988 Pace Arrow. They are half the cost of Michelin and I'm very happy with them. I've put about 1,500 miles on them.

I think that is aluminum corosion. I've seen that happen before. it's amazing how much powder you get from a small amount of aluminum.
