That's a very typical symptom of a loose neutral...

That's a very typical symptom of a loose neutral either at the pedestal plug or entering the panel. Could even be upstream. Without any load the voltage between the 2 phases should look normal almost.

I'll probably just change it out to #1 or #2 since I happen to have a pile of it left after a job.

The batteries are only reading 12v instead of the 13.5 I would expect.

I've used Stanadyne Blue label in all my diesels. Yes it adds lubricity.

Since I just put new 60hp injectors in my Ram 2500 I definitely add it at every fill up.
