I have 5 drain valves, 1 on tank, 2 on shower, and 2 on sinks. I open all drains then open all faucets. Leave all valves open and the last thing I open the bypass on hot water heater for a minute...

when my steps stop working it was a chipped tooth jamming motor. took motor down and operated door switch. had to replace motor, controller, and door switch.

If you shut too many supply vents you will cut down on the CFM across the evaporator. This will cause the unit to freeze. You will know, when it gets warm inside and you don't feel much air coming...

Slide Out

My slide out stops after it has moved about 1 inch. If I give it a push at the same time as hitting the button after about 3 inches it will go all the way.

Most Heat Pumps Have a defrost cycle. Don't know about rv pumps but s/b have a control board with a jumper you can set it for 30, 60 or 90 minutes.

I think there is a 1/4 bolt going through the shaft and into the arm. Take the bolt out and use vise grips to wind up the spring on both sides.
I think it was 18 turns.

I would be more worried about the gasoline fumes. They say a cup of fumes is equal to a half stick of dynamite. Many older boats with updraft carbs burned down. Alcohol stoves also created many fires.

It was a Dinosaur board that fits many models. Somebody must have replaced the board before because the cover was missing. When I went to check fuses I must have moved it enough to break circuit....

Update

Went to Florida just running refer on electric. Came home and shut everything down. Went out a few days later to see if I could get it run on Gas. Nothing worked. Traced it to corrosion on the board....
