I just found my direct response control box last night. I have power into it but not out of it. Ordered a new one today, Tiffin was $369. Found a new one on Google for $260. Hope this helps. Greg

I have a tiffin phaeton and have same issue at pilot. Sometimes I can fill tank to full on gauge, sometimes it only allows me to fill 3/4-7/8 full, no matter how I try .
