Can any one give me some insight on Holiday Rambler? who owns them now and who does the service work on them, is it a pain to own one since they were sold?

Holiday Rambler has went through many owners over the years. If memory serves me, I think Harley Davidson owned Holiday Rambler for a short time. Not sure about that, though. I know they were bought out by Monaco coach. Monaco went bankrupt during the Great Recession and was bought out by Navistar, who maintained the Holiday Rambler line. A few years ago REV, parent company of Fleetwood RV bought the RV portion of Navistar. They still produce a couple Holiday Rambler motor homes.
A few months ago I bought an old 1960-something Holiday Rambler travel trailer to restore. I had no title and no VIN. With the help of folks over on the Vintage Holiday Rambler Facebook page I was able to find the VIN painted over on the tongue. I emailed REV with the VIN not expecting them to know anything about my old camper. To my surprise, I received a positive response a couple days later. Someone at REV took the time to dig into some old hand written records from the 1960's. They emailed my an original hand written description of my camper identifying the make, model, and VIN. The VIN also included a numeric key to decipher the VIN. I was able to determine my trailer was a 1968 Vacationer, 19V.
I also owned a 2007 Endeavor until 2015. I never had any issues getting parts or service.

A1. Rev group
REV Group
A2. No, they generally require minimal repair and parts are pretty accessible.
A3. See above. And you might want to check the monaco forum - http://www.irv2.com/forums/f115/

You will not have problems getting someone to work on a HR coach, they are still manufactured by the new owners. 99 percent of the parts and pieces in a motor home come from outside vendors anyway. Probably the only thing REV made for mine were the walls and end caps.

Not sure where you're from, but REV group just built a new OEM service center just south of Fort Worth, TX.

I own a 2002 Monaco Windsor and have used the Monaco technical support several times. They are usually quick to reply to email.
The older coaches each have a data base file on pretty much everything that was used to build time. Back in 2010, during the transition from Monaco to Navistar the companies lower the security on these data bases, someone on IRV2 posted a link. I went in and downloaded ~100 pages of parts listing for my rig. Some are more useful then others but still provide info. This data base is still available to repair facilities with affiliations to Monaco.
Other then that there are a number of other forums that can provide assistance while working on your rig. I belong to 2 groups on Yahoo for Monaco and I know there is one for Holiday Rambler. There is also an extensive parts lists that has been developed.

We own a 2006 Navigator and just love it. We bought it last year but due to some health concerns have only recently started taking it out. We are the fifth owners which was kind of scary but you can tell from the interior that it was well taken care of. We had our mechanic check it out and it was in pretty good shape for s ten yesr old coach. The Aladdin system is a pain and we are having a bit of an issue with a right side air bag but all in all it is a good coach. I've talked to Monico
on various issues and found them very responsive. We have a great mechanic in Denton, Tx that we take it to with most issues. I'm learning all I can so that I can maintain it myself. We've owned fifth wheels and a small Winnebago but is our favorite coach!!! Good luck!!

I'm so sorry. It's Danny's RV Service in Denton. The guy who owns it is named Charles lol. We've used him on several occasions. Very reliable, honest and fair in what he charges. He has folks that actually schedule trips through north Texas once a year to have service work done!!
