Lost keys

I lost the key to the pass thru compartment doors on my 2005 Holiday Rambler Ambassador. Where can I get replacements without having a locksmith make an expensive visit?

Trimark has 3 or 4 keys that look like it. Actually, I only vaguely recall what it looked like, since it's lost and I can't compare. Do you buy a blank or can they supply a cut key that will work?

I have 2 different keys that fit the 2 locks on my entry door
the smaller key is the same as my compartment key .
Maybe yours is too .

They will need the number off of the lock. I can't recall exactly where the number is located.

Looked today....no numbers on outside of lock.I'd think that would be a security risk.

If a number or code is on the locks you will probably need to remove a lock
from it's door in order find the number .

An RV dealer can probably supply a key blank and might be able to supply
a working key if you take them a lock or the RV .
If you can get a blank and a lock to a lock smith shop they can probably
fix you up as well .

I imagine RV dealers see this regularly .
I've been told there's not many different keys for our locks and
that some dealers have a set of master keys from which they can copy
one for you .

Won't help this time, but you may wish to check out this device that goes on the keys and is used with an app on your smart phone to locate them. It can even tell you where the keys were the last time the phone and the keys were close to each other. https://www.thetileapp.com/

True. I looked today and I think it must be inside for that reason.
I recently ordered another handle with matching lock. I must have pulled the number from the key.
Trimark tech support was pretty helpful. Have you tried calling them?

If your camping try your neighbors key. Many are the same. If it works you have your number.

I am not sure on your timing, but I called Monaco help desk and with vin or coach number they sent me replacements. However, if you have keys that do not work, but you lost the keys that do work, then the locks could have been changed rendering my suggestion useless.
