Why are there two of the water inlets and what's that odd connector on the one on the right? Grey and Black water drains. Power cord storage and mystery silver box, with two wires going into it with the word up on it?

Propane and propane gadgets. What's the red thing in the grey valve for?

Brake controller. Control panel. Light switch, that if on, turns on that tiny light under the control panel when the door is opened. Lot of work for such a tiny light.

Little access point under the kitchen sink area with two valves that I'm not sure what to do with and then a mystery valve and fittings in a cup that look like they are to perform something.

Radio with a tape deck, Kitchen area that will soon get the marble counter top installed once I do some additional inside framing to support it. I'm assuming there is something missing on the end of the cabinet due to the cutout area. AC controls.

Also, with the tires, check the load rating and date of manufacture. Not everyone is aware that you can't go into your local seller and have them 'slap' on a set of automobile tires. Hopefully the PO purchased a decent brand and load rating (LT's at a minimum) and within the last 4-6 years.
I hope you are going to pull wheels, lube bearings and check the brakes.
That Chebbie 3/4 ton is probably a perfect match for that size TT .

I'll post up when it gets weighed. It does have marathon trailer tires on it which appear in really good shape, no cracks, plenty of tread. I'll go thru the bearings and pack them correctly and probably slap on some bearing buddies. I posted up a bunch of pics with questions and maybe it'll help someone with the same unit someday. In the early 90's I lived in a old Dodge Motor home while going to college, but I don't remember much about campers.

It looks as though you have a few odd days doing 30 years of maintenance and cleaning to catch up on a few items and maybe even some replacements.
That red 'thing' in the propane line is an 'on' indicator. Our long gone '74 Kountry Aire 5er and '78 Rolls TT had one like that - and both got replaced after quitting.
You really do appear to need the usual fire/CO/LP detectors as well
The HW heater is a different beast then anything I've ever seen and the valving -- ?????
Marathon tires if made in the US, Canada and Mexico have been pretty good. Those made in China have been labeled with the Tow Max as China Bombs. If they are more then 5-6 years old, they are suspect regardless of sidewall or tread cracks. Then you add in sitting dormant for an unknown period of time. That spare is questionable and might even be an original tire .
Wheel covers - why not see if craigslist or a junkyard might just have a set of 4 identical and replace them all. Best and mostly for appearance would be a nice set of aluminum wheels which would really set that unit off.
I'm not sure if that Coleman a/c can be serviced if it has (or will) quit.
It's seems like a beautiful TT and a lot better built then most 2015 offerings. Why not start a thread in the Vintage section and describe your efforts to bring this nice unit back to the world

Figured out what the silver box gadget in the electrical compartment is. Apparently it applies trailer brake when it notices a sway or lean.

Good ideas, thank you! I spent about 6 hours on it today. Framing out the base cabinets for the marble counter top and removing the converter. I have a Inteli-power 45amp converter with charge wizard on it's way. The old converter made dc but not enough.
Maybe a mod can pop it over to the vintage section.

RE tires
You need to confirm their age by reading the DOT serial. Be forwarned that it is difficult to tell the difference between a tire made in 1887 from a tire made in 1997 with a simple read of the DOT serial. Back then tires, especially bias tires wore out in much less than 10 years so the DOT serial simply recycled each 10 years.
Knowing how long the RV was parked will help. There is also a good possibility that the tires lost considerable air over the years and will have taken a permanent "flat spot" which will result is a very rough ride for the trailer and contents.
You can check with others with similar size trailers and see how much "stuff" they carry to get an estimate on what your loaded weight will be.
You need to be sure you provide sufficient safety margin of load capacity over the actual load you expect to carry so you can enjoy your wonderful "find".
