Baggage locks on 2003 Holiday Rambler Imperial

I found the button to change unlock code on entry pad but it does not open baggage doors. Some of the doors wont unlock and others wont lock. Is there a master code to override so that i can gain entry to baggage compartments. Thanks in advance

On my touch pad after I punch in the code to open the main door I have 5 seconds to hit the 7/8 number and it opens all the basement doors.

My 2004 Nav is the same except the 9/0

My fuel doors do not lock except with the key.
