Another rare Holiday Rambler pickup camper hits the road!

Well, yes, but not very far. somebody just traded me this today. (MOD EDIT). 1966 Model 11R which is an 11-foot and the only model they made 1966-1971. Ok interior, faded exterior, but not damaged or anything needing gutting her or any foolishness like that. But it does need work I'd call it up I made him clean up fix up project (MOD EDIT).

Wellton, AZ-- Yuma County in southwestern Arizona. This is the second one I've had, previous was a 1967, but this is an earlier one, a first year 1966. It has a different refrigerator, toilet, other components are different also. No rear bumper, but rear awning . One interesting feature is all the exterior seam moldings, instead of the plastic strip insert to cover the screw heads it's a permanent flat aluminum strip.
