We recently moved up from a travel trailer to a fiver. Our TT was a 2016 Keystone Bullet and we put over 36,000 miles on it, including several trips out West and Alaska. It held up very well and while we had some suspension issues, they were self-induced. We looked at Grand Design and several other brands, but ended up buying a 2019 Keystone Montana 3121RL and really like it so far, although we have not really towed it a whole lot yet. Time will tell. I agree that Customer Service is important. During the PDI the tech discovered the oven did not work and Keystone replaces the oven. I have also received emails from Keystone to follow up on it. I do believe GD has a reputation for excellent customer service. Regardless of which brand you buy you can expect issues and problems along the way and it really helps if you are able to fix some of the issues yourself.

I traded the Duramax in on a 2018 Ram 3500 MegaCab DRW Cummins with the 4:10 rear. Love this truck.

On Chevy’s website a standard bed is considered 6.5 feet the 8 foot bed is considered a long bed. There is no more short bed when referring to Chevy or GMC trucks.
