Good afternoon. I am using RVTripWizard with the following Filters enabled.

Based on the filters in the first Attachment, I contacted Sutton Falls Campground in Sutton, MA. Got the response shown in the second attachment from them.

Last time I checked, a 35 foot RV wasn't considered a "Big Rig".

RVTripWizard was supposed to make my job of finding campsites easier, not more difficult.

I did search the RVTripWizard site for places to provide feedback without success.

Thanks for the report about this. I'll make sure this is updated in the database and have contacted the park owner about the inaccuracy in the listing.

The data is only as good as provided by the campground. If you look at CampgroundReviews.com, you can see they only have 5 reviews, most of them low, and only one of those in the last 8 years. Additionally, the campground ownership has not claimed the campground on this site, which is free, to update their data and information.

I am not a member of CampgroundReviews.com.

It is not a membership. It is a crowd sourced database of campgrounds and individual reviews. RVTW gets much of its information from campgroundreviews.com. If you don't use this database you should at least look into it. It is one of the databases that a majority of RVers use for finding campgrounds.

Yes but to add a review, one must be a member of the site. I agree it’s not a membership site but it is a member site just like this forum.

I am, but don’t like spending time putting reviews over half a dozen places. Between RV Life (which is who they belong), four or more other camping/rv apps, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Google, FB groups...I’m reviewed out. These days, I do google only.

The reason Campground Reviews requires registration is that we work hard to verify that reviews are real; submitted by actual campers who actually stayed at the park.

There is a huge problem on the web with fake reviews and so reviews are checked by a team of volunteers to make sure they are helpful, reasonable, about the actual park and not submitted by a property owner trying to spin their web cred. We publish both the good reviews and the negative ones so long as they meet the basic standard. Once you have an account set up submitting a review and photos is pretty simple and your reviews help others
