Like many others, I am asking for help with my interpretation of tire inflation guidelines.
My 2006 HR Vacationer has these weights at the four positions:
Roadside / Curbside
Front {Single} 3800 3400 { GAWR /FRT 8000 }
Rear {Dual} 6500 6340 { GAWR/REAR 14500 }

Rated load capacities are listed for individual tires in a Dual or Single position.

Am I correct that the proper tire pressure is 80 psi for each of the four tires?

That would depend on your tire size and make, go to your tire manufacturer's web site and find their weight and pressure chart. The best thing then, would be to get all four corners weighed......Bruce

Gotta know the tire make, size/load range of your tires. If you are running the Michelin 235/80R22.5 LRG, then the fronts should be at 80psi, rears at 75psi. However, that front pressure is pretty close (good for 3860), so I would probably bump the fronts up to 85psi. Did you weigh it with you and your wife on board, sitting in the cab?

I am running Michelin XZE 255/70/22.5.
The Michelin RV Tire brochure has the lowest pressure at 80psi.
The 80psi weights are 4190 for single and 3970 for dual.

So at 3800, I am good at 80psi. For the dual, the weight is 3250 (6500 divided by 2). So that should also have 80psi for the rear duals also.

I suggest you read THIS post. If you find your MINIMUM inflation is the minimum on a chart you should not run lower inflation than the lowest on the chart.

I also suggest people use Minimum + 10% for their CIP.

I am following your suggestion and have set my pressures for 88 psi (80 + 10%).
