Thermostat problem on 2002 Holiday Rambler

I believe I must have done something to my thermostat on my HR Vacationer. We started the unit(s) up as we always do for the first time this year. We have a thermostat that works 2 zones and the signal apparently runs through a phone line to the AC units. I turned off the 50 amp at the box by accident and apparently I did something to the thermostat control itself as both units shut down and I have no current running to the wall thermostat. I checked my fuses and breakers and they all seem OK. Does anyone know what I need to do or replace to get this working again? Thanks for any help you can give me. Jim D.

Your Dometic 5 Button Comfort Control Center is powered by 12 VDC. Hence the reason for the 4 wire data cables to the rooftop A/C's.

I have a domestic fuse panel in an overhead cabinet in my bedroom which has one 15 amp fuse for the 5 Button CCC.

Make sure that specific fuse is good. Sometimes when you inspect them they appear to be good but they aren't. I would try a known new one just to make sure.

If yours is a 5-button Comfort Control thermostat like mine, you can try resetting the electronics. The procedure is below:

Turn off the power switch under the thermostat (slide to left)

Press and hold the "Mode" and "Zone" buttons at the same time.

Turn the power switch back on. You should see "FF" on the display.

Release the "Mode" and "Zone" switches and it should reset to default operation. Both zones will probably be off.

On my coach, the lights interfere with this reset process so I have to turn all the lights out before doing it.

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!
