Looking for a shop manual

Hi I'm the new proud owner of a 97 Holiday Rambler Endever 37cds. I have been looking and so far I can find owner manual but I'm not able to find a shop manual. Does anyone know where I can go? I started with Holiday Rambler and they are not available. Thanks

I have never heard of anyone owning a shop manual, and I have met a lot of RVers. I would be surprised if it exist for "public use".

What some people do manage to get is wiring diagrams for various models.

Any area in specific you are interested in? Most components in an RV is made by "specialized manufacturers" and more than likely you can get hold of "manuals" on a lot of these parts.

I see. I guess I hoped that there would be a manual that showed each component where the power wires run to/from and so on. Or how to repair the slide or the leveling system.

Glad you're aboard. Congrats on the new to you rig. Not sure a "shop" manual describing all the system related components and repairs for your coach was even available when it was new. The forums here will help some I'm sure and be sure to check with the engine manufacturer as a shop manual may be available for that. It would be of assistance to those attempting to help if you added your information to your signature....year, make, model, length of coach, engine manufacturer and model. Just click the "User CP" in the tool bar, scroll down to "Edit Signature", fill in info, click save at the bottom of the page. Enjoy your adventures and be safe.

No 'shop manual' because they are often done by second party, like Haynes, Chilton, etc. Too many variations and not enough volume of any one particular model to make it worthwhile for authors to create.

You can get a manual for the engine, transmission, and chassis. The other components in the RV are from various different manufacturers and are wired together the way the guys on the assembly line feel like at the time of assembly. A valuable exercise is to list make and model of each appliance in your RV then do a Google search of the component with the word 'manual' tacked on. I have found each of my appliance manuals that way. I've downloaded them and keep them in a file on my laptop.
