Basic Info I suspect she has everything this model came with originally. Every component in this rig including interior is 100% unadulterated except for a replaced front A/C unit, and a custom fit aluminum radiator and transmission cooler. It has onboard generator, inverter, LP system etc. Known issues: Small LP leak at main shut off valve, Dash A/C doesn't work, shower floor is cracked and ME... I don't know how to work everything!
Exterior

All original with very little wear and tear. Has retractable awnings on all windows and a big one over the main entry door.

Interior
1984 Holiday Rambler Imperial Interior 1984 Holiday Rambler Imperial Interior 1984 Holiday Rambler Imperial Interior
All original. It has UGLY mauve upholstery which is nicely sun faded along with ugly carpeting (which will be replaced by wood floor). It also has 2 little beds in the master cabin which will be modified to support an awesome pillow top King mattress.

Customizations
So far... I had to pull a bad radiator out and couldn't source an OEM replacement at less than a million bucks. Solution: Fit an aftermarket, late 70's-80's, 4 core aluminum Chevy Suburban radiator with external transmission cooler.

Renovations and Repairs

Plenty coming! Mama wants paint inside, re-upholstered interior and butcher block styled wood flooring. She has a degree in interior design so I have to just trust her. Her vision is "Modern / Vintage".... sounds like an oxymoron to me.

Tow Vehicle
None yet but will pull a 4 seat UTV on a trailer.

Nice! Ours is an '89 HR Crown Imperial and if I knew how to put pictures on the internet I'd help you prove just how UGG! these interiors can be. So far I've replaced the windows/skylights over the front seats, all 9 tires, had a couple of shops replace the 'fridge, waterlines (mice),carb, brakes and rubber lines, etc. And the list goes on. But I like the idea I'm not likely to meet myself going down the road. Actually, this is about all we could afford to get started with. However, it IS a step up from the B camper before it. I wish you well and good luck with your jewel in the rough. I'm still knocking the "crust" off mine! R Bob

Thanks a lot buddy! I got lucky because the person I bought from was only the second owner. The first owner had it for about 18 years, and he had it for the last 15. All in all... it's in VERY good condition. I have already begun to address things that just simply need tending to because of the age, but so far nothing major (knock on wood). My biggest expense (after finishing my radiator fitment) will be tires. Best of luck and happy camping!!
