This is not like taking your F-150 to the Ford dealer, who has a well stocked parts department and a modern repair facility with all the latest diagnostic tools and equipment, as well as a squad of factory-trained techs. Warranty items are fixed promptly and without question.
With RVs it is just the opposite. Slow service on warranty items is a time honored tradition with ALL RV manufacturers and dealers. Everything has to be pre-approved by someone at the factory. Parts are often not on hand at the dealer, and sometimes not at the factory. Sometimes they just tell you it's not a warranty issue, and decline to do anything about it.
Good luck.
