Problem areas with this unit?
How is the roof constructed?
If you own one,how do you like it?

friends has a HR Pres and it was a real quality unit. Heavy but very well built. I don't recall them having any problems. Probably better built than most today.

Yep, they were good quality unit if the maintenance was done and done correctly it'll still have a lot of years left.
