If the breaker for the dryer outlet didn't blow when you plugged it in, something had to blow.

I would open up the transfer switch and see if it has burnt a neutral wire off.

The moment you plugged it in with the adaptor, you created a short from L1 or L2 to ground.

And if stuff isn't smoked, don't go using ANY various adapters until you have a firm handle on what does what to whom and when..........

I got this mental picture of the previous owner having a variety of adapters from the Home Depot or something. The standard RV plugs work as intended provided what you are plugging into is also correct for the application.

Once you start getting creative with adapters, stuff goes south fast.

I know what I did I'm looking for the converter had hoping it has its own fuse. When I did what I did I had 230 volts coming out the + and - side of a 110 plug ouch!

Even AC items like air conditioners etc. Next is to look very carefully around your inverter/converter for 2 little "pop out" circuit breakers. They are hard to find. If they are extended you won't be getting AC to any outlets. Before you plug in again to any power you need to make sure that you use a four (4) wire plug AND CABLE to plug into a proper 240 volts source. A neutral is ABSOLUTELY required in addition to the ground. It will help if you get a test meter and get someone who knows how to use it to instruct you for future use.

I think I found my problem i opened it up and smells burnt wires take a look.
