Has this unit carried pets or smokers? Are there more photos of the interior
and are there service records to review? Was the frame "X" braced"? Have there been any leaks? How old are the tires?

Have to agree with above poster I'm afraid. Low NADA is $185000 and this is the absolute maximum value in these current times. Most in the know would suggest taking up to 10% off this price. If you have been offered more than this and you are serious about selling I would take it.

I'm not trying to be a smart "A', but in looking at your ad, I have a few helpful comments. First, I have been looking at motorhomes every week for the past 1-1/2 years. The market is actually worse now than it was a year ago, it's just there are fewer new coaches at great deals.
Your asking price would probably apply for a brand new 2009 not a used 2008 with 14,500 miles. Also, 14,500 miles is considered high mileage for a 2008. A more realistic price in this market is closer to $175,000.00. Again, not meaning to offend, but you are way off on your asking price verses current market condtions.
You may wish to call a bank, most would currently only loan about $160,000.00 on your unit.
