Description:

One owner well maintained GMC Envoy SLT, ready to go with a compleat aluminum Roadmaster  Sterling tow-bar system. The motor is the 4200 Vortec with 24-valve, dual overhead cam, all-aluminum straight-six that produces 270 hp from 256 cubic inches, with 90 percent of its torque coming in from 1,600 to 5,600 rpm. I've run Mobil 1 oil since new and many say this motor is good for more than 300,000 miles. This Envoy has 173,337 miles and runs great. It burns no oil between oil changes. This GMC is loaded with great sounding Bose stereo with a built in 5 CD disk changer, heated leather seats and soft riding rear air suspension. This GMC also has built in air compressor that self-levels the car and can air up tires. This GMC can tow 5500 pounds on the OEM Receiver hitch. We did not order 4-wheel drive because it added weight and reduced gas mileage. We ordered the push-button traction control with a positraction rear end. The driveshaft has a special decoupling mechanism that is operated by a pull/push handle on the floor in front of the driver's seat. It works great, giving the GMC low resistance for towing and only the rear gear and tires are turning when towing. There is an easy to use and remove RV braking system that works great. We occasionally towed it behind our RV and it towed effortlessly. We sold our RV and bought a new car so we are selling our GMC. We never drove this GMC on salty roads so the undercarriage is rust-free. We have all the maintenance records. Email us if you have questions.
