Description: Corp of Engineer park (tight for a 40' motorhome, but doable...however, I do not plan to go back. I do not wish to make the circle departure again....see further below). We reserved through recreation.gov and had a back in. 50 amps but no water or sewer. (but you can fill up your water at several locations). Small park, but pretty. Right on the water....in fact one site (small one for a trailer) actually was flooded and the power pole was out in the water! Using our 62+ Am the Beautiful discount we paid $10.50 a night. The departure was a little scary...wouldn't want to do it again. The road is only wide enough for one, and to turn around I had to use their loop at the end of the single lane park...and it was banked on a slope like a Nascar track....I was hanging on for dear life up at the top of the turn as I was driving around the loop. The turn was also tight enough I had to back up a bit...don't think I will go back to this particular park with my 40' motorhome. If your smaller...no problem! We went there to visit Fayetteville and Springdale Arkansas....University was great and AQ chicken has the best fried chicken in the world.
