Pros:	Great location and quiet property
Cons:

I stayed for a month. There is not enough space to write about all the good things this property had to offer. Huge fire pit, water, and electric hookup, ample privacy with the trailer being parked on the other side of the garage. My personal favorite was coming home at night and tethering a tube in the Conodoguinet creek while the sun set. Looking forward to checking out another property next summer. 5 out of 5 stars
