Description: Open all year with 138 sites including dedicated tent sites. Branched Oak South Shore is 13 miles off of I-80 at Lincoln, one of many campgrounds around the lake. A park entry permit (non-res is $8) is required along with a site fee. 41 sites out of the 121 are non reservable. Sites 71-121 are asphalt pads and higher up on a hill with the outer sites having a good view of the lake. Most of the asphalt sites are fairly level, the gravel sites vary.

Pros: Easy drive from I-80, many large sites with lake view
Cons: One of the worst parks we have been in for trees needing trimming. Even with careful manuvering we still managed to get some scrapes on the roof and sides.

Site 80 will accommodate any size rig, and the site is HUGE. It is probably the best site in the park with views of sunrise and sunset.
