This is a private CG located in a small community about two blocks off the water. It has dirt roads and sites, but they are well maintained. They left bushes between the sites which are pretty well spaced. They have full Hook-ups. Some sites are not suitable for MHs, but the one we had was fine. Some campers stay for the entire season. The host was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay here. We used this as a base camp to explore the area including The boardwalk at Atlantic City (about 20 miles away) as well as Smithville (liked this small community off the NJ turnpike. The CG is located on the main city street and occupies a whole city block. s/Toby

This is a nice private CG situated in a neighborhood not far from the water. Good place to stay to visit Atlantic City and other small communities around this area. It is located off highway 9 and the Garden State Parkway on Willets Ave in Egg Harbor. s/Toby

This isn't a review, but a question. Are any New Jersey rv campgrounds open year round?
