Well it has been about 45 minutes. Funny that I am exactly where the coach died when I get a call from JD and Freightliner SA. I am at the exact truck stop getting a drink.

He called to update me on the coach, he was finally able to learn something and it was NOT good.

Remember when I called him and the tech in the first failure. the serv tech mentioned we could call Cummings and run the VIN to see if it had been worked on in the past. Well the tech did just that...

Ok, We are at Ancira RV in Boerne Texas about to meet with the VP, SM, Sales guy and service guy about the 2015 Palazzo that has now crapped out 2 times and we dont know what the cause is yet.

I meet Kevin Ketner VP, Roger Adams SM, Steve and Tim step out and leave us. We all get waters and I start off with;

I am not here to bitch, whine, complain, scream for money back etc... I simply wanted to meet with them to talk about the series of events and possible solutions....

Flash back in time a few days; When we heard the coach was almost done we decided to rent a spot at Round Top. A huge antique event in Central Texas. I check every RV park int he area and get lucky, I find 1 spot in town (right in the middle of everything) reserve it, no refunds for ANY reason... Not 100% sure we will get the coach back in time for all of it but I have the space for the entire week so we should get at least a few days of relaxing if not the entire week.


Back...

It has been a month and we are picking up the coach from the repairs to the DPF system. Its once again on a Friday. I drive to Ancira RV, meet with Tim (Service) and Steve (my sales guy), go over everything done with them and a tech.

Tim notices the coach has 1/4 tank of diesel and tells me to go grab a water while he sends a porter to fill it up. We are basically getting a "DO OVER" from the original delivery.
