Just started our adventure and was thinking of a way to introduce all of you to our retro sorta alternative conventional life. Then we posted some photos (finally) of our new to us DP. When one of our members called us (me) out. Yep picture #6 is me...Our two dogs welcoming a new guest to the spot next to us, the remote, I rarely have it that close, and the Yuengling, always that close. What a way to say Hi and say please check back for more.

Foley Alabama here we come...
Trace and I are pulling out tomorrow for a 10 day trip to the deep south. Staying in Foley so we can go to Lambert's Café. I want to catch a roll. For those not so refined, Lamberts is the home of thrown roll. We will post pictures and comments from the road...

Lambert's was a blast...also we had a meet and greet lunch with Del and Charlotte aka Dedeaux...Visited the USS Alabama in Mobile...That was an eye opener...How those kids survived ( the ones that did) amazes me..Pack in that ship like sardines..
One little thing I learned...the morning we left I was complaining about what the DP didn't have....and mention I needed to pull over and clean my side mirrors. It was very humid and I couldn't see a thing. Tracy says why don't you use the mirror heaters..Humm mirror heaters..I was so worried about what I didn't have I forgot to use what I did have...On to Paragon...
