Bounder Fuse Panel mystery

I recently bought a 1991 Bounder 30ft as I measured it...Chev Chassis 454 Chev engine. Several of you noted that you lost your clearance lights and running lights....I having the same issue and began my search dissassembling the fuse panel up front and the DC panel in the rear with no luck.....I used a mirror to examine under the dash no luck...Finally out of desperation pulled the dash loose and well-la, they put the "extra" fuse box directly behind the dash facing vertically it is totally inaccessable without the mess of taking your dash out...Some kind of thought process at Fleetwood...
