I just got back from a truck service where I live.
Thank God for people that live in small towns.I have my coach to get a transmission flush and change an air bag. The 1.5 hours spent with the owner opened up my eyes on how hard it is to find parts for older coaches.
The parts for the oil flush seem simple except the filter they forgot to send lol
The air bag on the other hand took the owner 1.5 hrs to search with his contacts, they could find cross refferences but no stock.
By the end ,we found a place in Michigan with the last 2 air bags in north america. The price per bag is $470 usd and to ship it to me is another $264 and with customs and the Canadian dollar this will be a big hit on the wallet.Does anyone know of a dealer or company the deals with parts for older coaches?
This is extremely frustrating when you can find a part, but no stock.
