Smile 2000 Winnebago Journey dash A/C inop

new to rv-ing , purchased 2000 winnabago journey 36L. dash ac not putting out cold air, tried to add freon and would not take. started looking for bad fuse or wire and found wire that came loose. still can't get it to take freon but now i have a green light next to antana check light that lights up. can someone tell me what this light is for, not in manuel
