Is it possible it is either pumping to fill the hot water heater or there is no water in the water tank to pump??

If you recently filled the tank , the shutoff valve may still be open.

If it won't stop running, it sees a demand somewhere.
Check again for loose fittings.
Check the filter screen trap at the pump and the in and out connections there. Hand tighten if necessary.
Check the water filter (if you can find it, possibly under galley sink) for tightness, properly attached.
Check the water heater if it's a standard 6 gallon type. Bypass valves my be in winterize positions. Let pump run and change the bypass valve positions one at a time until it stops running. Also check pressure relief valve near top of tank.
There's either an air leak or an open valve/loose fitting somewhere.
I had a similar puzzle 2 years ago on our first trip, and one of the bypass valves was in the wrong position after winterizing. Simple fix.

well i got in touch with the customer service at Remco and they asked for the model & serial numbers and as i started to tell them they stopped me and said the problem is that the pump may be new but it is not for MHs it is a agriculture pump and not to be used with potable water-problem solved ordered a sure flo guess when you buy used from a dealer -you never know what they do just to sell it--TKS RICH

Seriously? They put a non-RV pump in it?
Will they be covering the cost of the new one?

Thanks for posting the resolution.
Good luck with the new one.

Wonder what the difference is other than pressure or gpm rating? Possibly this model didn’t have the pressure shut off switch.
May be that the PO installed that pump and not the selling dealership.

I would check the tank fill valve. If it is in the fill tank position the pump will run because the water is being circulated back to the tank. Been there done that. Easy to do.

Only difference between ag pump and rv pump.........useage
Ag pump can have 'demand' , 'bypass' or 'no control' modes

What MODEL Remco is that pump?

As suggested 'check the tank fill valve' position

OLD BISCUIT-the pump is a REMCO series --delivery demand--
90-5537-1e1-82b-sb---the fellow at customer service explained that it is for sure a AG pump& doesn't have the gizmo that shuts it off from i think he said head pressure like a rv pump does-I just got an update from customer service saying this particular pump does not have a pressure switch built in, in other words it operates off a on-off switch not water pressure-if a RV pump has a certain amount of head pressure it automatically shuts off-TKS RICH

That is a 5.3 gpm with 60 psi discharge 'demand' pump (manual operation)

Sounds like previous owner installed....can't see a dealer putting one in an RV

But then again
