2002 35U Adventurer door adjustment

Hi Guys,

Our second issue while in the Imperial Sand Dunes (Buttercup Valley) was that the door latch on the door to the RV is requiring you to pull the black handle on the exterior of the door completely out to where the handle stops to get the latch to release. Can the handle be adjusted so that you do not need to pull the black handle out so far? This is similar on the inside of the door as well. You need to pull the handle all the way up to get the latch to release.

Thanks for the information on the driver's door as mine is tough to open. But, my problem is with the main door to our RV and not the drivers door. I am sorry that I was not clear about which door I was referring to. TD

Please put you post back as I need it to fix my drivers door as well. It looked like a great video with a perfect outcome.

I would say first to make the screws are guudntight. (good and tight) I don't think it would take much to mess up the operation.
