2002 Cummins 8.3, 350 Winnebago Ultimate Adventure starts, won't run

The engine starts but won't run. I have a thread on Cummins forum and have read very scary stories about hidden filters. I can not find it if it's installed. Have removed line return to tank and a free flow back to tank. removed line to injector pump and it is putting out good pressure. Starts run 30 sec missing bad like running on 2-3 cylinders. I started it this winter let get temp, in Louisiana so the temp outside was about 30 degrees that day. It ran perfectly normal. 60 days started it and have had this problem since. I changed fuel filter and air fiters. Can anyone help me I am desperate.

Ok ; if you've looked above the passenger side air suspension bag and don't see the strainer hidden in the wiring harness , you probably don't have one .

I have this file on the CAPS ( Cummins Accumulator Pressure System) fuel injection system , and hope it's of some help .
I don't know if I mentioned in your other post ; but there are multiple fuses supplying power to the Cummins ECM that need to be checked .

I'll add , other than hearing about the CAPS system here in the forums , I have no hands on on the system , I had Cummins training on four fuel systems on the 5.9 Cummins , but CAPS wasn't used on 5.9s.
