2002 Journey water heater

Can't get any water to my water heater tank. Plenty of pressure for cold water but none going to hot water tank. I believe the electrically operated bypass valve is stuck or just quit operating. I've owned this mh for 4 years and have never had this problem. Anyone know where this valve is? I can't find it.
Thanks Gary!

Here is a link to your Journeys plumbing diagram. Go to page 10 and you will see the location of the solenoid.

Remove the white panel in your water center compartment to gain access. Give the solenoid a tap or two, if the valve is stuck this may dislodge it.

Another thing to check is the water supply line to the WH, it may have a check valve that has failed blocking water flow. It will be in back of the WH which you can access through these two panels.
