2005 Winnebago Vectra Transmission Filter Change

I have purchased the Allison 3000MH Filter Kit, 6” Service Filters for 4” sump 29558329. I have been searching through many posts and can't find a consistent answer as to how much TranSynd transmission fluid needs to be added when replacing the two filters. I am not going to do a fluid change just a filer change. I have seen numbers ranging from 2 quarts to 6 quarts. Any help or pointers to a resource on this topic is appreciated.

I haven't done the change ; BUT ; there is an approximate amount in this pdf ; it's different amount for each filter .

Info on checking level from the pad ( recommended by Allison . )in the second pdf.

BTW : The 4 " sump is rare , be sure that's what you have before you unwrap the filters .
Pictures of both .

If in doubt about the correct amount of transmission to add when changing the filters, I would check dip stick level before removing filters, catch oil that's drained and measure amount in a fluid jug or just mark a line on a clear jug at the oil level and replace with same amount. Recheck dip stick and add oil until correct level is reached.
No need to go crazy trying to get an exact answer.
Hope this helps
