One cannot overstate the need for keeping the radiator clean. It may look okay from the rear, but leaves and grass from nesting creatures tend to get in between the front of the radiator and the Charge-air-cooler (CAC). It is exacerbated by the oil from the slobber tube and road spray and mud. This will block airflow and then you will have overheating issues. Keep it clean. Have your inspector get a borescope in there to check. Cleaning ours dropped operating temperatures by 18 degrees. Verify that the dual engine thermostats are functioning.

I had a new 2007 Ellipse for 13 yrs. (58,000 miles)
It was a tank, well built.
Almost no problems.
That era of Winnebago product was the best built with. The best quality.
Just remember it’s 15 years old now and it will need all the wear and age items serviced eventually.
When I traded it it, it sold in about 3 weeks.
The dealer was happy and so was I on the trade.
Just look at the YouTube video they did on it
https://youtu.be/gHaXujPebm4

I just hope my 2020 has the same long term performance. Hoping and Praying.

I have a 2004 Journey with 40,000 miles. We have had it for since 2007. We had both windshields crack due to rust on the window frame. Had the frames treated prior to the replacement. We Love the unit: would like to update the TV system to new flat screen. All of the other responses are right on. We have basement air. Which is great, but when it over 90 degrees outside it does not cool down below 8o. I was unaware that it has two compressors as one of the other responses indicated. I will have to look into that. Again a great coach. I did recently have to replace the Radio, back up screen, and have the slide worked on. All damage that I believe was the result of an unqualified tech at Gander RV. Everything worked fine before bringing it in to them for fresh water tank service.

Use a professional rv inspector before you buy. Problems they find can help you negotiate the final price. My 2006 Journey problems have been a small delamination on passenger side behind vent opening; finding rust around frame upon replacement of a cracked windshield (limb hit it), slides stopped working due to bad pump, roof leak around shower area, ceiling covering in bedroom was beginning to come loose, mold under mask covering front of RV, had to add cooling fans to make absorption Refrigerator work better, paint on roofing sides and front is beginning to peel, put safeT steer on to improve driveability, caulked roof sides to better seal roof sheeting in its trough and placed eternabond over all roofing seams to stop small leak at door opening (that I could not find), replaced motor, squirrel cage fan and bearing in heat pump due to squealing. I run synethic oil to mitiage any coking in turbo and to help improve oil flow in cold start conditions. Hope you are a DIY type of person. It will save you a ton of $$$.
