2009 Journey 34Y Furnace

Does anyone know where access to the furnace in my rv is located? I think I have a problem where the blower does not come on when I set the thermostat to heat. If I can locate the fuse panel for the thermostat and the furnace itself I can first check to see if an associated blown fuse could be my problem, but if these are okay I guess I will need to get access to the furnace to do any further troubleshooting. Any information on the location of access to the furnace and fuse panel would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Any fuse should be located with the 12-volt fuse panel. It will most likely be circuit breakers. They will be small white buttons. The furnace will have a panel on the outside with two pipes coming through it.

Furnace and Fuse panel locations

Thanks for replying to my post. Wife couldn’t see anything obvious on the locations when she looked while I was away. I will check on the locations you mentioned when I get home. Thanks again.

Furnace is located on the passenger side just forward of the rear tires and just above the basement area.

Thanks RCDUKES for your reply. Fortunately I did find the fuse panel and didn’t need to go digging for the furnace, as the problem turned out to be the thermostat. No replacement available for the original unit, but was able to find a replacement from MicroAir Inc. Just have to wait for arrival to install, and hopefully we will be ready to make our next trip.

Please update as I would like to know how the MicroAir themostat works out.

Thanks,
Craig
