2010 View No 12 volt.

On my view, plugged into 120 power everything works.
Unplugged, nothing, no 12 volt.
I have new coach batteries fully charged.
Have turned the coach disconnect off and on several times.

What to do.

I don't know your specific coach or have electrical schematics for it. However, based on your symptoms, we know that when plugged in, your converter is getting the 120vac power and making 12vdc okay.

However, your batteries are not feeding the 12v buss, providing 12v power to the coach.

So I would look for a fuse, or a disconnect switch, that is between the battery and the 12v buss where the converter is connected to. Do you have a salesman switch by the front door? Get a voltmeter, and check on both sides of it. If they are different voltages, then that's your problem. Follow the red cable from the batteries over to the main buss bar.
