Is it stuck in or out?
All slides or just one?

Stuck locks do happen, there are several threads discussing it.

The Itasca slide locks are a common failure item. I never use them. That slide isn't going anywhere.

If the slide locks are stuck the thread you want is here:
http://www.irv2.com/forums/f101/elec...ck-132268.html
The fix for the sticking locks is described here:
http://support.powergearus.com/techdocs/82-S0519.pdf

Ours were jamming down about 8 out of 10 times.
Finally replaced them with the above referenced Powergear kit.
No issues since. It's about a 30 minute fix per slidelock.
